Ur Hired Organization is Non Profit Organization, has been providing an efficient, effective and enjoyable staffing experience to job-seekers and employers since 2021. Our job as helpers is to understand the needs of the employers and job seekers to help bring together the perfect match in expertise, skill and personality.

We have a huge unemployment rate in South Africa and the current recruitment process will not address the challenge. The current process eliminates the most vulnerable people that have No matric, No Curriculum Vitae, No internet and No email. These people are intelligent, hard working and were dealt a different path from birth. Ur Hired provides a central platform that includes youth and unemployed people from all walks of life and matches them with the current opportunities on the market.
